Terms & Conditions

All details of the wedding coverage will be planned in consultation with the client.

 

K&I Imaging shall be the sole professional (Still) photographer at the venues specified.

K&I Imaging will edit every take and deliver what they consider to be the best of every situation covered and Images they consider of no value i.e. Pictures with poor expressions, blinking etc shall be deleted from the proof set.

 

If bought in products (e.g. Albums or photo mounts) are not available to the exact specification as initially discussed, items of equal quality will be subsituted.  In the event of illness or incapacity which would prevent K&I Imaging from carrying out the commission they will make every effort to find a replacement photographer but no guarantee can be given.  If a replacement photographer cannot be made availableliability shall be limited to a full refund of ALL monies paid, including initial deposit.

 

Every care is taken in photographing and processing using professional materials.  In the unlikely event of total photographic failure, i.e. During exposure or processing, the photographer's liability shall be limited to a full refund of all monies.  Neither party shall be liable for indirect consequential loss.

 

A deposit of £100 will be required at the time of booking the selected service.  The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the wedding service.  The Deposit is not refundable in the event of cancellation.  If a cancellation is recieved less than two months prior to the wedding date, the full amount will be payable.  The booking is not confirmed until a full deposit is received.

 

All packages are to be paid in two full weeks before the selected wedding date.  If payment is not made then the bookings is deemed to be cancelled and K&I Imaging will not attend.

 

K&I Imaging reserves the right to use any images taken during the day for publicity, advertising or marketing purposes.

 

COPYRIGHT

The Copyright of all the photographs taken is retained by K&I Imaging and it is a criminal offence to make copies from them by any means including video under the terms of the COPYRIGHT and PATENTS ACTS 1988 unless authorisation is given.

Original RAW files remain the property of K&I Imaging.
